Who it's for
Law firms and other professional offices with 5 to 50 people and years of their own documents: forms, templates, procedures, past work.
It helps with the questions people ask every week. Where's the memo we wrote on this? What's our procedure for that? What does this client's guideline say?
What it won't do
You should know the limits before you hear about them from someone else.
- It uses a smaller AI model than ChatGPT, so it's slower and less polished, and on hard questions it will sometimes be wrong. That's the trade for keeping your files in the building, and it's why it shows its sources.
- It can't read scanned paper documents yet. During setup I convert up to 2,000 scanned pages so their text can be searched. More than that is billed by the hour.
- Everyone who can log in to a system can search all of its documents. If some people must not see some documents, those documents need a separate system.

I'm based in Salisbury, Maryland. For firms on the Delmarva Peninsula and in the Washington, DC area, including Maryland and Northern Virginia, I set up and train in person where the setup includes it. Everywhere else in the US, I work by video call.
